It comes right on top of the steelbook. Not inside the case but mine was right on top of it along 2 other fliers with codes on them

mine is the DE version ... i didnt see any card, i wonder if it is sealed with the game.... but im trying very hard not to open the case...

so i found this youtuber who thankfully did a complete unboxing
DLC and season pass are all inside the game box
steelbook is not sealed
that's for the german version

Can anyone confirm if the game comes inside this edition in the UK version for PS4? Or is it like Ghosts where the game comes in a separate padded envelope?

Comes in the white jiffy bag which is the first thing you see when you open the box.
