Was told this was a Japan Exclusive, anyone has any idea?

Tears to Tiara II. Not sure if it's for the game or movie though. Just liked the design.

Any info on this two metalpacks? The guy that has them claims they were a Gamescom promo. But I can’t find any info on it. He also has RDR2 metalpack that I once saw listed on eBay but I can’t find anything either.

The Metro was a promo Steelbook at gamescom 2018 - the other one I don’t know
