I'd put the money in now. After the fiasco which was the GOW Gold Retro Lancer... >.< play.com got the stock in a month early and shipped them out straight away, charging my card and leaving me without cash to pay one of my bills... >.< So, just incase NECA or play.com pull that crap again, best to be safe and just put the money in ASAP! lol

Dear customers, today we again spoke with N.E.C.A. and they told us that we will not be receiving the Portal Device as planned/ordered, We were told they have already chosen a 4 select retailers (see below for very short list) that will carry the item. The items price will be raised to a standard $139.99 thru these dealers and there will be no discounts we were told. Also NECA did say that there is a limit of 1 per customer for anyone who ordered/wanted two from these retailers. We are not affiliated with any of these companies but do know from experience that ThinkGeek is the most reliable compared to the rest of the list. We know also that brick and mortar stores will be getting a few, as this is one thing NECA wanted to make sure of. We are cancelling all the pre-orders and refunding them completely, all orders will be refunded by the end of today. Once again we apologize for this inconvenience and expected the list to be larger and we would be able to supply them to fill your orders. If there are any questions please let us know. Yuan.

lol, Thinkgeek have sold out so I checked the shipping costs with ToyNK - $150!

I think they already confirmed before that it would be coming to UK so that must just be US retailers... Play.com still has it up for order, and I've had no email telling me otherwise xx
