I really hope my order doesn't get cancelled. Although it's GAME, so it wouldn't really surprise me.

well mine is due to my card expiring between ordering and dispatch - not sure about others

I'm guessing they are not all due to this though, what did the emails say?

Over the past 12 months I have had a lot of problems with GAME - some orders are going through but most of them are being cancelled - no reasons. I've spent a lot of time on the phone to customer services to find out what the problem is and I am still none the wiser. I too have had this order cancelled, yet an order placed a couple of weeks ago has gone through. Totally erratic.

they were very generic:

Then it just goes on to list the order details (ie order number, item etc) - it's not very helpful at all, I have told them that if there is a payment issue then they should request an alternative rather than cancel the order so hopefully this incident will prompt them into action.

Ok got info from GAME, mine was cancelled because my bank declined the transaction, I am waiting for a call back to get it re-ordered.

Anyone trying to call GAME using the number I provide before, dont bother they only respond to Email and Webchat now.

it could be that its all bank related guys, i did the exact same thing as gaz when i ordered uncharted explorer, my card had been replaced between preordering and so i got the cancellation email. as far as this loot edition mine SEEMS to be ok, no cancellation email and money has moved from my bank. hope this gets resolved, was gutted when i missed out on explorer edition

mines sorted, told to advise you guys to try the webchat route - however I do have a number that should work in case of emergencies
