Is the promo disc the actual game? Sorry I don't know Shieße.

Yes it is. It's basically the same disc as the regular game with a different print on it.
Made for press to review the game. But this is the european/german version of the game.
It might work on US consoles, but i think future DLC won't work with your US account?
But i am not sure about this...
