Yeah it bugs me. Should make it clear from the get go what you're doing

Yea well if UBisoft heads of advertising and corporate PR want to ignore my emails then its there own fault
Is how I feel on the matter

I even asked in the general customer service channels, wondering if it would invoke some sort of response and I had nothing
Not even an acknowledgement

OK I received an acknowledgement and said it was passed onto the correct team

Problem is
Its gone from a customer service enquiry
To join the list of things the licensing and merchandising department has to do(big long list) and I think its either gone to head office or region specific which would involve each UBisoft country /region to respond yay or nay
