A bit of tape and that first print order will be as good as new

Definitely wasn't trying to harp on Ryan (he's one of the reasons I actually registered here instead of just lurking). It just seemed odd that so many people were having issues with the rolling and there wasn't any response.

To Ryan:

Makes sense though to stay quiet when your job isn't on the customer service side of things. I didn't mean anything negative to you as I think you were awesome for everything you do for the collecting community.

This is the first lithograph I have ever bought so am unsure about what is normal and what is considered damaged.
Probably the same thing I have.. its hard to see unless you look for it.. I was just comparing to my bioshock infinite ones which were absolutely perfect. Maybe I am expecting too much?

Paper should be flat with no dings to corners and no creases, waviness etc. I mean, it is flat to begin with

The "You don't see it when framed" isn't really a valid excuse.

Mine arrived with vertical waves on one side and multiple creases/ridges throughout the prints. The damage/creases are in the same place on both prints, so it looks like it happened during the rolling process.

Ryan, did Treehouse handle lithograph shipping in-house in the past? I'm almost positive that the Mass Effect lithos I ordered last year shipped out of Colorado where you guys are located, and I never had any issues across a number of orders. I'd be interested to know if the warehousing/logistics company you are currently using has any expertise with shipping art prints.

Good job with the tomb raider shipping. They were done nicely. Thick enough tubing and no creases, perfect

I assume you're refering to the screenprints?

They were shipped from the regular warehouse.

I see what you mean Mortal, I wonder if the creases can be ironed out somehow in order to save the prints.

Still waiting for mine to turn up so I'm hoping they're ok (three lithographs all up). For some reason the tracking number is not recognised with the MSI website, anyone else having this issue?

Guys just got the word: there are no replacements available at this point. Not sure if they had replacemnts in the first place. They're all gone now at any rate. It's either send them back for a full refund, or accept a small discount to make up for the damage.
