Hmm the futureshop steel also came with a G2 version though. The target one only has G1 and sleeve. Just got mine yesterday . Probably gonna return it though.

AFAIK, futureshop steels are G1 only.

actually there is a G2 size but it was only released in france. it looks exactly like the amazon.de G1 but it comes in G2 and in a plastic sleeve..
