Agree. When you consider the game's popularity, the guitar's heavy significance in the game and that it's limited, 15% markup isn't too bad at all. If they don't do another rerun, these will only go up in value over time.

Anyone got his/her guitar(s)? I’ve seen a few for sale on eBay and the sellers were using real pictures so they just have them on hand.

Still no news for mine after I updated the payment info.

Yes I got mine (both versions) in the first week of September.

Thanks for the info. Just called in again and the agent told me they got the guitars in batches, and the last batches (which is where my order is in) should be shipped out in the next 48 hours.

It is weird that my order is in the last batch... As I ordered them the morning they became available to order

Yes that's odd because I ordered them a couple of days before the cut off date. I don't think it's a geographic thing either because mine were delivered to Arkansas.

If anybody preorder this, can you let us know what the "special offer" only the people who preorder will receive?

Gaming Heads responded to me (and pretty much everyone else) confirming the Hunter edition won't be available "publicly". One of their responses hinted that the exclusive paint might be an option you can upgrade to (by paying extra $$$).

The statue has been received rather badly by the collectors and the public. So this makes me wonder if, instead of committing to say, 300 more with the exclusive paint, they decided to give the option to whoever pays for it in the preorder phase.

They added some details but they also removed plenty from the DH version... I am having a hard time understanding the reasoning behind this tbh..

I preordered it. I have the DH 12" exclusive but not the vinyl machete figure. This one is bigger @quarter scale and with alternate portrait, figure would be good companion to the DH direct. Also it would be about the same price as what the eBay "pirates" are trying to get double and triple for the pre-sold out vinyl machete Ellie.

I asked Gaming Heads about the "special offer" but they wouldn't spill any details about it yet.

Yeah. I certainly agree. It makes sense if you don't have both. I have both (or will have both if they could ship the Machete one) so I don't think I will be going for it unless the special bonus is an option to upgrade to a bronze finish or something.

I feel like the issue, at least for me, was that they released these months apart.
If they released all at similar times and said "hey we have options for pretty much every budget" and let people go for whatever they wanted, it would have been the smarter move. Not to mention the unfortunate coinciding reveal time of this with all the awesomeness Prime 1 showed. Makes me think a few hundred times before buying this.

Any way, please keep us posted on that special offer, whenever they decide to reveal it
