Not yet, and no they don't ship overseas.

So so far:
Toface: Ozgameshop, Shopto
Catwoman: Amazon Germany, Futureshop, some Czech shop
Joker: EB Games
The Penguin: Blockbuster

How many more? I think Mr Freeze and the Riddler
