How did the 700 people know who bought the CE that they have the real Collectors Edition of the 700?

Maybe others buying only the special Edition and a seperate Troll and the can sell it as Collectors Edition right?

Maybe because of the following quote from the order site;
Quote:
"the Collector’s Edition also comes with an individually numbered limited edition Prismere Troll figurine created by McFarlane toys in a limited run of 1,600 units. This solid resin Troll figurine stands 12.5" and normally retails individually for $125.00. The Collector's Edition also includes high-quality concept art lithograph from Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning signed by Ken Rolston and limited to 1,000 units."
and perhaps because all 1600 units of Trolls may all be numbered (? or may not??), but the first 1000 units may have been reserved for the Signature and Collector's Edition??

so I must get in few days my collectors edition and the troll number must be not higher than 1000, because first 300 for signature edition and rest till 1000
numbered for collectors edition and after the 1000 rest are seperate trolls?

well, theoretically/mathematically that's how it should work out...if they did do it that way?!

Also remember that there's an extra anamoly of 12 lucky Trolls...though they were most likely numbered outside of the first 300 and sits between 301 & 1012??

So yeah, let us know what number you got on your Troll

those twelve lucky trolls for the exclusive edition are no different than any other trolls and ended up being numbered above 300, mine is 634 as I've said. Can't get pics till Tuesday but will definitely have them up. Anyone else on this site manage to snag an exclusive edition? Only 3 have ever been mentioned online, and I got one of them so there are 9 left unknown

I just got mine in today.... I got figurine #70/1600 (its right on the bottom of the box) and the autographed print in the front was numbered #47/1000

I haven't opened it up yet but I'll be taking pictures for the database this weekend.

shipping was rather sketchy... it's all just thrown in a box with no padding, thankfully, aside from a few scuffs on the top of the figurine box nothing was damaged.

Sketchy is an understatement; more like sheer BS.

One of my copies arrived beat up badly because of the piss poor packing. No bubblewrap, all contents mashed together. Shame on Treehouse.

And now they're telling me that they can't replace my damaged copy. Since they're sold out across the board, they have nothing with which to replace the game for me. This is totally unprofessional of them. Why do they not have any extra copies to use as replacements? This is pretty standard practice! I'm so mad right now!
