Still no reply from them, but found that Spain gamestop have it for pre-order here:

Awesome just ordered the PC version which for some odd reason has the Batman Arkham City Collectors Edition image.

Nice find, but the price is way out, that far too low. Do you know if they will honour the lower price when it goes up. It suppose to be around the £75 mark. I know GAME have a pre-order promise that actually is a promise.

There's always the chance it could be removed.

True, I'll wait and see I don't suppose I'll have trouble getting it from another country if indeed it doesn't come to the UK :-D
