I just got this today, i LOVE the box with all the games and the soundtracks, i have opened everything except the statues, which are almost 10 kg in total

To my surprise DHL delivered my parcel today, on a Sunday too!

It came double boxed with Styrofoam in the corners, glad it did too as one of the bottom corners took a knock and broke the foam. Thankfully it did it's job & protected the corner of the actual trilogy box from any major damage. There is some very minor creasing which may or may not have been there before.

Did it happen to anyone else that his package was detained by customs?

DHL sent me a request to fill a form for customs clearance asking extra money for that not to mention there is a risk that they will open the package in case they have any doubts.

Why the hell did they care when the seller is Amazon and I paid all the import fees together with my order?

You should not have to deal with this if you already paid customs. Plus amazon is the sender, not you, so they should be the ones dealing with that.

I finally bought this from Zenmraket, $390, plus shipping to canada. We'll see if it is worth it.

Got this today. Absolutely stunning!

But it's hard to unbox all the content without damaging the box.

the edition looks awesome! I decided to cancel my pre order at the 11th hour, just couldn't bring myself to pay over £500

So I got mine, very nice collector's edition, book-end is very high quality (looks like resin)
Still, expensive at $450 for the content inside.
Also the games are in japanese (voices are in english but most menus are in japanese) so it's a bit of a hassle to play if you plan on doing so.
