Would you even want to find one "Sealed"? The true press kits came with a real banana in them... if it was sealed still it'd be one nasty press kit.

for sure some of stuff has been given during prey event and not include in press kit.

Because the real presskit came in a gold box that looks like a container from the game, with a letter to the press in it. It had Transtar-logo toilet paper and real banana, among other things.

The one you showed a picture of is simply a collection of items given out during the promotional tour.
