Sorry but this is going to be big so people cannot miss it

Unfortunately, what was shipped was the standard edition. We can offer you a refund/return, however, we are still awaiting information regarding the Limited Editions of the Artbook.

If you have any further queries or issues please do not hesitate to contact us again and we will assist you further.

Kind Regards,

Tom.

How did you get that reply? how are you contacting them, my rant got flat out ignored through the website customer contact.

The option to return, is at there expense or what? Are they offering to refund without returning?

Thanks.

In response to those questions
I contacted the amazing Tom on customer service helpline number ending in 4143
But also had sent 3 emails and had received no reply for 10 days

I think I may have got that response because of what I suggested in my messages which I shall quote below
And also after not receiving a reply after ten days I called customer service and told tom that and he said he could see the messages and appologized that they had not been answered

Also I do not know about there returns or refund policy and I have asked for more information as to the refund and returns policies and told them that store credit is not a globally accepted form of currency or legal tender(essentially its not legal, that's a complicated point to argue but I am aware of the law surrounding that issue and I am prepared to go all the way to small claims court to get my money back)
I feel i t will be another week before I get a response about the returns / refunds procedure

Below is the three emails I had previously sent
Quote:
Message 1
Customer Lily Mitchell

Order No:18735236424
Two order numbers
18735236424
18869237624
The expected release date has passes
This item is no longer available to pre order
The website and publisher has already received and despatched there copies to happy customers
I personally purchased from yourselves as the release date was 5 days earlier then the supplier/retailer forbiddenplanet.
But I know aloyt of people who ordered the limited edition art book from ubishop and are becoming very dissaytisfies and beginning to lose faith in the UBisoft brand
Some customers have been constantly lied to and every time they contact yourselves for answers are told that shipping started on the day they contacted, this item was due for release 21 days ago.
Is it possible to be told the true reasons behind the delayed orders
I assume it is because there was a mistake in the warehouse and all 500 books where despatched to forbidden planet.com and there fore ubishop is unable to fulfill these orders as they have sent (effectively sold) stock that was already sold or reserved for and by customers
I personally have paid in full for one item by PayPal which is an upfront payment and the other was by bank card so that payment has not been taken yet
Now if it is the case that you do not have the stock due to it being sold or delivered to a different supplier / retailer then a simple refund will not be enough for any customer that ordered this item from you
They all ordered from you as they where meant to be limited to 500 so simply printing more will not do, the customer like myself that ordered from you will expect to receive there order and something more in the form of an apology due to the heavy delays we have been experiencing
Quote:
Response 1Many Apologies.

The release date for the art books was pushed back. I can see that the product has now been shipped and should be with you shortly.

We apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience.

What is it?
A book whereof just 500 copies were made?
Two art prints which are signed from the artist themselves?

People are blowing their money in every little "Collector's Edition" with those cute little figurines and other "Made in China stuff" they can get their hands on which are much more expansive.
