Good news for Dead Space fans, after the amazing Dead Space 3 Dev Edition and Collectors Edition Art-book, we at Collectorsedition.org have an exclusive announcement to make!

To celebrate the upcoming release of Dead Space 3, Visceral Games and Publisher Electronic Arts announced the Dead Space 3 Limited Edition Watch (officially named CEC Engineer-Class Timepiece).


The name of the watch is no surprise because your favorite space miner, Isaac Clarke, will actually wear this watch in-game!




The watch will be available for purchase on February 1st at the official EA store (around 12 MST or 7 GMT), so if you do not want to miss out on this stunning watch be ready pressing f5 at your computer tomorrow!

This watch will be a strictly limited production of 500 pieces and will be individually numbered. It will include a Certificate of Authenticity and will be encased in a custom designed box, featuring a debossed Dead Space 3 logo.


The watch will be made by the well known company Meister Watches (known for the Mass Effect N7 watch).

Looks really nice, and actually something you can wear (although, collectors i guess would want not to damage it ^^).

Must have for real dead space fans imho (provided you have some cash left after the dev edition and artbook).

If I were to get this.... I will have to hunt down a dead space ultra edition in the future to complete the collection. I'm extremely broke after the dev edition and artbook lol. The list of CE for the next few months just wont stop T_T

I'm less sure of that, but we'll definitely get one to you guys as soon as possible. Did you see the Mass Effect case? It will be essentially the same, but with a different logo....

i don't know to me..it seems like they kind of digitally added in the watch on the game character after they struck a deal with the watch company..i doubt the watch was a work of imagination of the game developers for the game, and then later they presented there watch idea that came out of thin air, and the watch company made it custom to spec from scratch..i think it's more like...here are your watch choices..and the developer goes..we'll go with this one..and then someone from the studio says..let's make it more official looking..let's stick in the game character molding..o well..i mean..are we game collectors?..or watch collectors?..remote control plane collectors?..stuffed plushy collectors?..where do we draw the line?..and go back to the core...special edition box, a nice making of doc, a nice artbook, a steelbook, and maybe a special game case. that outta be enough.
