Default Tales of Xillia Collector's Edition coming to PAL and NTSC regions

Namco Bandai have recently announced the Tales of Xillia Collector?s Edition for North America, as well as the Tales of Xillia Milla Maxwell Collector?s Edition and a Day 1 Edition for Europe and Australia. The game is scheduled for release in North America on 6 August and in Europe on 9 August, of course it's PS3 exclusive.

Now here comes the best part. The?Milla Maxwell Collector's Edition is extremely limited to only 10,000 copies. However this does probably not affect the North American Collector's Edition, even though there is little to no difference between the two editions.
Tales of Xillia Collector?s Edition (NTSC)

The Collector's Edition comes with a Limited Edition Packaging and the includes the following:
  • Exclusive 21.5 cm (~ 8.5 inch)? Milla Maxwell figurine (including base)
  • 100 pages Artbook with original artworks from the dev team
  • Special Music Selection CD
It will be available from participating retailers for $99.99 USD

Tales of Xillia Milla Maxwell Collector?s Edition (PAL)

The Milla Maxwell Collector's Edition is exclusive to Europe and Australia and includes everything from the North American Edition. The only difference is the missing CD case in the promotional picture. Let's hope this does not mean Europe will only get a digital soundtrack version. Also the Xillia Milla Maxwell Collector?s Edition can only be pre-ordered from the Namco's Tales store for people from Europe and only 10,000 copies will be available at the online store.

European fans can pre-order the edition here for ? 85.99 GBP/ ?99.99 EUR

Australian fans have to place their pre-order at EB Games or JB-Hi-Fi's for $148/$149 AUD

Tales Of Xillia D1 Edition

Everyone who pre-orders the game early will get a free upgrade to the D1 Edition. Which comes with a 52-Page Artbook and the Soundtrack.

Pre-order Steelcase

For those who have a chance to place their pre-order at Gamestop Germany, will receive a nice Steelcase. Calling it Steelcase probably means that this is not a proper Steelbook realese but more a Metalpack.

Thanks to everyone for finding and posting all those awesome information.... View this article on the HomePage.

Wait, the CE's actually called the Milla Maxwell Collector's Edition in the PAL region? I know it's a bit of a long shot, but does this mean that they're planning on a Jude Mathis Collector's Edition?

Anyways, I'm stoked for this game. I prefer it over Ni No Kuni, which is a great game by the way.

Really don't know what this is all about. Two similar editions but two names. Also one is supposed to be limited and the other one not, which makes no sense because in the end non of them are limited at all

I would definitely go for the Jude Mathis Edition, bring it on Namco

^ Namco Bandai said that they'll be bringing a Milla Maxwell statue to North America. I guess this is what they meant. So my theory is this; So that PAL won't get the shaft, Namco will be giving the region 10,000 copies of said statue figure in the form of a CE.

By the way, if anyone wants any details, the manufacturer of the prize figure is Banpresto and for the sake of measuring quality this early, here are a couple of pics.

What the actual f*ck.

You know, depending on which stores will be selling this collector's edition, it may actually make more sense for Europeans to order the American version. Even if you you get forced to pay customs, it will be cheaper and you get the CD in an actual CD case and not a stupid cardboard jacket or something.
FU Namco, I'm not getting shafted.

Also, banpresto figurines are usually really crappy.

^ I can't say that Banpresto figures are crappy since they're prize figures anyway. But yeah, I would have preferred that the CE statue would be the one from Alter, but that would have jacked the price up.

Is Canada going to be getting this? Doesn't seem like any retailers have it listed.

hmmm.. that steelpack... i really want it. If it was exclusive to only 10,000 copies for Europe, does that mean the steelpack will be even limited?

I think the online store had the 10, 000 limit. The steelbook is very unique. Here's hoping we get one down in aus
