i say NOT at all 'rare" they have been available for pre order for about a month now,..all japan export retailers still have pre orders available, and being this style of fighting game is very popular in Japan, they will capitalize and make plenty of these editions.

Damn I'm hoping that the West will get some kind of CE or something. Even if I have to get the PAL version. The box art does look pretty awesome.
