I have a couple of spare copies of TLOU American dreams #4, I assume they are first prints, not sure how you tell TBH. Both in mint condition, unread and have been bagged and boarded from new.

The only American Dreams comic that had a second print was on the first one as far as I know of. They wanted the masses to have a chance to get the Comic since the first print was out a few months before the initial release of the game and out of stock by then. I don't think there will be second prints of # 2-3-4.

I can confirm that there definitely are second printings of at least the first three issues as I've seen them on a number of occasions. It's mentioned within the first page of the comic (left side, small print). Strangely enough, even the limited edition hardcover got a second print with an alternate cover.
