Went to get the PS3 version of this from my local HMV today and was really disappointed to find that the PS3 version of the trilogy doesn't contain a nice digipak like the Xbox and PC versions. Just 3 standard PS3 cases inside a card slipcase, like you would get a DVD movie boxset... Want the digipak, so decided to wait out for PS3 version and was really disappointed.

Fuck you EA/Bioware.

I just saw an unboxing

It doesn't look thaaat bad, but the digipak is sexier. I still don't get why they changed the packaging : / The good thing (I guess) is that you get a physical Mass effect 1 box

Before you start, don't download the "new ending" patch, just play the original version with the shitty ending, then download the patch and enjoy the same shit but with different smell

I already have a physical Mass Effect Box for xbox. >.< I'm pretty happy to go without, rather than have a box with "Not to be sold separately" emblazoned on the front! >.<

i only wanted the PS3 one because this would be about the 4th/5th time I have bought each game and the only platform I haven't got it on is the PS3. >.<

Haha I got the digipak and would actually prefer the 3 seperate cases

It would be awesome if someone could sell me just the mass effect 1 case.
