Mortal Kombat Euro Kollector's Edition avalaible for pre-order, some will be disappointed
Game.co.uk have listed Mortal Kombat Kollector's Edition for PS3 and Xbox 360 for pre-order, the price is £69.99.
Pre-order here One thing to note is that there is no Steelbook as original though, what it does it includes is:-
However for those in France, Micromania have listed it with the Steelbook included inside.  What's more if you pre-order you will get a code via E-mail for Scorpion, it will give a costume and the original  fatality "Fire-Breathing Toasty". You will also receive a free Mortal Kombat T-shirt. Pre-order from Micromania.fe here FNAC also have it listed but without the pre-order bonus and more importantly no steel book. Other countries pre-orders are going live soon,  so be on the lookout.... View this article on the HomePage. |

Re: Mortal Kombat Euro Kollector's Edition avalaible for pre-order, some will be disa
Thanks gurpswoo1.
I saw that FNAC is still using the picture of NA version. Guess they haven't update it yet, that was weired, normally they are very into these CE or exclusivity stuffs. Hope that means we can get two versions in Europe, then we won't need to import it (for those who prefer a bookend), but i know i am just dreaming Anyway, the micromania's pre-order sounds like a good deal. I'll buy the PS3 version, just for Kratos. But i rarely use PS home. So hope i could get a exchange with a XBOX avatar code Last edited by heavenzzzz; 03-13-2011 at 04:42 PM. |

There is a huge price drop for this edition over at GAME.co.uk, It's now £49.99 from £69.99. The drop is for both the Xbox360 and PS3 versions.
Link here Also at Gameplay for the same price. |

There is nothing indicating that this Edition is exclusive to GAME, however no other retailer has listed it yet. which is surprising considering we are 38 days from release.

No SteelBook? Hmm, that's disappointing. Does this mean the SeelBook might be available from another retailer as an exclusive? PLAY or HMV perhaps?
I pre-ordered this two days ago, and already GAME have emailed me back stating that the price has now dropped to just £49.99. Most probably because it doesn't include the SteelBook as we initially thought

I am hoping for the same thing, but until other retailers list it, we have no choice but to go with the version with it. Unless of course someone in France is willing to export.

Re: Mortal Kombat Euro Kollector's Edition avalaible for pre-order, some will be disa
It's official, this edition is exclusive to GAME and GameStation in UK.
And, yes, no steelbook. So im gonna pre-order it at Micromania, for their DLC and Tee. Just want to ask, what's wrong with the steelbook? hope other european countries will get the steelbook. One question, do you prefer the european statue or the NA bookend ? Last edited by heavenzzzz; 03-18-2011 at 02:22 PM. |
