The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Collector’s Edition Revealed

During CD Projekt RED’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt livestream, an official Collector’s Edition Unboxing video appeared, showing a Collector’s Edition of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. CD PROJEKT RED has also announced that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be available in two physical, content-rich editions, and as a digital edition.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Standard Edition contents:

  • An exclusive CD with the official soundtrack
  • The official, developer-created “Witcher Universe – The Compendium”
  • A beautiful, detailed map of the in-game world
  • A set of unique stickers
  • A stylish, protective sleeve

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Collector’s Edition contents:

  • All the contents from the standard edition of the game
  • A giant, 33x24x26 cm (10”), 100% hand painted, Polystone figure of Geralt of Rivia battling a Griffin
  • An exquisite, collector-grade Witcher medallion
  • A one-of-a-kind SteelBook box
  • A two-hundred-page artbook, containing breathtaking art from the game
  • Huge outer and inner Collector’s Boxes you can store your Witcher merchandise in

The release date of the game is set for the 24th of February, 2015.

    I just KNEW they were going to do another medallion. Fanbase was CRAZY insane on their forums for a high-quality one (since most of them are PC users rather than 360). Already got my medallion in the dark edition, but that's alright!

    This is definitely the CE I've been waiting for from them, must pre-order right now!!

    Edit: It's up for pre-order at Gamestop already for $150

    Can't wait to get this. This year is going to be awsome for collectors editions.
    Only question I have is the game going to be in the steel book or in the regular case. I like steel books, but I always feel like I'm going to break the disc getting it out.

    Wow, looks like the Xbox1 version is no longer available?? Maybe its just a weird glitch or something. I can only get the PS4 and PC version from there now

    EDIT: All 3 are available now on GS. Pre-order bonus appears to be a poster and an "exclusive keychain"

    I'm also hoping it'll show up on Amazon soon. Looks like the CE pre-orders are turned off on the official buywitcher site too

    Official site works fine to me,every platfrom still available,almost 3000 sold.

    Yeah, you can get on the site if you're persistent, but the big red "Preorder" button which was below the CE listing is no longer there, only the button below the Standard Edition

    Still no info info about that.But you can buy from their site only if you live in Poland.Maybe they will anounce uk and us retailers for this CE soon.

    Denmark
    Finland
    Germany
    Netherlands
    Norway
    Poland
    Sweden

    No UK or US option there at all?!?

    Indeed. You can pre-order it on gamestop.com, but looks like only the PS4 and PC versions are available at the moment (also, I believe they require immediate payment of $150). Looks like they say payment will be taken at time of shipment.

    The Polish cdp.pl site looks like its selling it for the US equivalent of $115 for PC ($138 for next-gen)! What a steal!

    Just checked the link, that is a steal! Shame they dont ship abroad! Im thinking maybe it will be a store exclusive here in UK (probably GAME) and thats the reason you cant pre-order from them direct.

    When you choose one of those countries, it shows you the shops that will stock it but when i choose Germany, it shows amazon.de and the link is broken.

    It's not up on amazon.de yet but most likely will be.

    UK will be added soon i believe and i hope it won't be a GAME exclusive.
