Red Faction Armageddon Commando & Recon Edition available for pre-order

Amazon.de and Play.com are already taking pre-orders for the Commando & Recon Edition on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

The  Red Faction Armageddon Commando & Recon Edition is a “First Edition” pre-order only release, meaning that all pre-ordered copies of Red Faction Armageddon are the Commando & Recon Edition.

Due out June 03rd, 2011 the Edition includes the base game along with the following additional content:

Outfits:

  • Clandestine Recon uniform
  • Armored Commando uniform

Weapons:

  • Arc Welder
  • Xing-5000
  • Plasma Thrower
  • Laser Pistol

    Nice find but I have flat out refused to buy these types of editions.

    Maybe if it drops below £20.

    Yea the only way I get them is if I was gonna get the game on release day anyways.

    Agree with kb420mcl, has to be day one buy in the first place.

    The whole DLC only concept is an insult to all Collector's out there. At least make the cover shiny and something different.

    I mean how much does it cost to add a steelbook.

    Due out on the 3rd of June 2011 for £39.99. Clearly a "Day One" incentive release, and offers nothing significant for the discerning posterity collector...
