  4. Likey:
    Look forward to seeing this.

So is it a tin box for the items or it will have a steelbook? A steelbook would be awesome!

  5. Gemini-Phoenix:
GAME have now said that it will appear sometime in the next few days:

It's been a while since the pics are around

Also, it might be GAME exclusive in the UK, but I doubt it won't be available for the rest of Europe

  7. Lemur:
I really hate when they announce shit like metal case/tin. Be more specific dammit! Personally, the last metal case announced turned out to be a fuckin star metalpak.

Believe me, I've asked about it. I wanted to know whether it'll be some kind of SteelBook, or a bigger tin. The CM's for GAME and Namco-Bandai don't appear to be privvy to that kind of information at this time, so we'll just have to wait for an unboxing video...

    Easy now Lemur, woosah

  10. Neilikki:
I don't know, it kinda looks like a steelbook. Definitely something too thin to pack that big artbook into.
On the other hand, Namdai visualizations of CE's usually show the outher packaging, so I don't know.

Anyway, if DOA5 and Persona Arena get some special editions, my fighting game quota will be completed for this year.
...Unless a miracle happens and someone localizes Ougon Musou Kyoku...

Give me steelbook buddy. I need a dose of metal!

  12. Likey:
The steelbook in that picture looks pretty sexy. Be nice to finally see it fully spread open and can see the inside. Sounds a bit rude lol.

yours is laid out better, anyway its good to have more than one person on the ball

  16. Likey:
So if I pre-order it on GAME do I have to pay upfront? Also, can I still pre-order it from the local GAME store and get whatever freebie they throw at you?

I want a closer/detailed look at the steelbook - assuming that's what it is.

  17. joynulk:

no game dont take money up front

No, GAME charge your card upon dispatch

You can pre-order in-store, but it's a lottery whether they'll actually receive the stock, as online pre-orders take priority. This is a lesson I learnt the hard way a long time ago, where I was continuously being disappointed because the stores didn't receive the allocation, which is why I always pre-order these things online now

I read somewhere that the artwork book is supposed to come inside the tin, which would rule out a SteelBook. My guess is that it will be more of a biscuit tin, similar to the Zelda: Spirit Tracks CE or Assassin's Creed CE tin, or something of similar size

  19. Likey:
The big tins are always ugly and probably more likely to get dents or get crushed.

I remember someone on ebay trying to sell a steelbook and it was stepped on lol.
