Mortal Kombat X Kollector’s Editions Revealed, Europe & North America

Warner Bros. and NetherRealm Studios have announced two “Kollector’s Editions”, one Premium Edition and one Limited Edition for the upcoming fighting video game Mortal Kombat X. Both Kollector’s Editions are only available for PS4 and Xbox One and will be available in Europe and North America this April.

Mortal Kombat X Kollector’s Edition by Coarse (PS4, Xbox One; $149.99 USD / £100 GBP)

  • Scorpion figurine
  • Certificate of Authenticity signed by artists Sven Waschk and Mark Landwehr
  • in-game DLC
    • Gold Scorpion skin
    • Scorpion skin inspired by the Cold War

Mortal Kombat X Kollector's Edition by Coarse

Mortal Kombat X Kollector’s Edition, imported from Europe and only available through Amazon (PS4, Xbox One; $179.99 USD / £89.99 GBP)

  • 28cm hand-painted Scorpion figurine
  • Steel Pack
  • Steel Card
  • Mortal Kombat X: Blood Ties Comic Book Volume 1

Finally, there’s the Premium Edition which is download only. It includes the Kombat Pack and costs $90 for PS4 & Xbox One.

    Normal Collector's Edition is a definite buy for me.
    The Koarse Edition might have to do some thinking..

    Man I love Mortal Kombat, one of my all time favorite franchises, but $180... I'm not much of a figurine guy either... Fighting games don't tend to hold their value either... I might wait for a price drop on this one.

    These are "serialized" Anyone know if they're actually limited in production and if so, by how much... that would change the value proposition dramatically.

    The Kombat Pack, which includes access to four add-on playable characters from Klassic Kombatants to Iconic guest characters. People have been saying it's a season pass for characters.

    Hopefully it pops in amazon soon. if anyone is wondering gamestop, as of the time of this writing, is web in store only. Meaning you have to go to gamestop and they order it online but you have to pay in FULL. That can and most likely will change. Im veering more towards the amazon exclusive anyways.

    Indeed, especially when I think about Tales of Zestiria(I know it will have one), Zelda Wii U(I know it will have one), The Order 1886, Bloodborne, The Witcher 3, Final Fantasy Type-0.....my list seems like it could go on.......
