Anno 2070 Limited Edition revealed

Ubisoft has revealed today that there will be a Limited Edition of Anno 2070 .  Anno 2070, the sequel of the famous franchise will set in the near future and is  schedule to launch this winter for PC. This special edition of the game comes in a deluxe collector’s box of high quality and includes the following items:

  • 6 in 1 Solar construction kit
  • 2 Soundtracks “Tycoon” & “Eco”
  • 152-Page Artbook
  • Poster/ economic cycle overview

    These are the contents of the german release only! The rest of the world doesn't get the solar kit so beware! I got it officially confirmed by Blue Byte. I actually bought the limited edition in Sweden and it didn't have it so that's why I asked them.
    It's still a pretty good game, though, and the artbook and cds are great. The poster isn't really that nice since it's hardcore folded therefore it's hard to flatten it enough to make it look nice on the wall.

    I got mine yesterday, but dont open it (christmass gift ), only check box for damage from post, but box is very small, smaller then Anno1404, I gues its size of dvd box +2cm around, and solar kit is small too I have it put inside CE box (side along the green line dont touch each other, here is 2cm gap with box of solar kit), but its all seems to be not ready for this and ce box does not hold together very well

    You've got plenty of unboxing videos on Youtube.

    Narg, did you buy your CE from Germany? As far as I know the solar kit should only be only in the german release. If your box is only 8.5 inch (about 22cm) wide then it's the international version that doesn't have it! Where did you buy your copy?

    I bought it in the Czech Republic and solar kit was normally part of this game (artbook, soundtrack, poster, ingame item and solar kit), I am only surprised from "size" of game box, I expected a much more bigger box

    I dont know, maybe in different country is solar kit different from mine...

    I can make some picture, but after christmas (I must wait for Santa Claus )

    What store did you buy it in? I only know Game (ex-JRC) and Surtep in CR and neither of them had it. Are there any other big retailers?
    I kinda wonder if you didn't get to buy a german import, actually. Does it say Limitierte Edition on the front or is it Collector's Edition?

    Either way, be happy for the box you got. The swedish edition's box is even smaller

    Game Czech (JRC) is bigger retailer with "stone" shops (and e-shop), but I buy from xzone.cz (maybe not largest, but sure best e-shop in CR), if this is import from german I dont know, but Czech edition have czech subtitles and box text, so its not "only" import for sure. I dont have acces to game, bcz Santa Claus hide it somewhere and dont want give it to me before christmas
