That's the same company that did the Journey art book,; and if memory serves, they do not directly ship that book (the signed version) internationally. However, they did eventually offer the Journey art book (unsigned version) to international customers through Amazon.

I did order the Journey book. Luckily I went through it when I got it, a page had a hole gouged out, halfway through the book and in the middle of a page. I had to ship it back and get a new signed copy.

From what I can tell this is a one off print run and will be sold on Amazon too as mentioned in earlier post if by going on The Art of Journey hardcover art book that they did which you can not get anywhere but for one copy on Amazon for $600.00 US just had a look someone may of brought it not for sale anymore. It's had to tell if they will be around to buy in a years time.

Me I'm not a great fan of the GOW series the game play is not 360 and if the stick to that format well good luck to them on the next one as that kind of 2D game play (RE6) is not for me anymore. To the book it's under priced I think, paid more for books that are less thick Art of Darksiders Hardback, AC BrotherHood SGG cost me an arm and a leg for me it's about the talent and creativity some people have no matter what there game is. This book is a challenge on it's own the size is out there (still think they can't pull this off) Product Dimensions: 304.8mm x 254mm x 50.8mm, Product Dimensions: 12 x 10 x 2 inches, Shipping Weight: 6.4 pounds. When I worked on a Metal Mag back in the late 90s the mag was 5mm thick 100 pages (crap paper) the repo and pics cost 30.000 pounds alone for a 3 pound mag then there's ink and printing, binding, design and distribution so this is a big Job this book for me posting is a killer but what the hell if they were selling for 30 US and free posting I think you would get one then again I may be wrong.

Edit: It's now been confirmed that all signed copies have been sold. I'm not sure, however, whether they actually pre-sold 1,000 signed copies.
The only thing I do know for sure is that only copies that were pre-ordered will be signed. All other copies of this book will not be signed.

Doesn't matter to me, it's a scummy thing to do, IMO with this being a collector website, no one like that should be allowed here. They are taking away FROM collectors for their own greed, which is the opposite of what this site is for. It's for a community to come together, find great collectibles, and get them! Not for people to abuse the site and make a profit from.

If that's the case, and we see more and more company reps here, when they find out the members here are using the site to make a profit, surely they could pull support and stop giving us a heads up.

Just got mine in the mail! First impression... huge! and heavy.

So the good: Awesome book, love the gold trim, it's super shiny. It's nearly as big as a phat PS3.

The bad: Cover shows a lot of wear, there's black marker smudges all over, front, spine, and rear. The book was packaged well, yet there is a nice ding right on the front cover, which couldn't have been from shipping, so they shipped it to me this way.

Nah, it's a metallic silver sharpie. It's actually a very bold signature, but since it's metallic ink, it reflects and can seem faint in some pictures.

I got my copy today. I never received a shipping notification; it just suddenly showed up. Like the others, mine is signed by 11 people. Although the placement of the signatures is different on the page, the one I'm missing is "toothbrush ed" (?). Overall, I'm pretty happy with the large number of the sigs and the quality of the book, but for some reason the dustjacket on my copy has these little indentations on it, as if it was scratched, or someone wrote on it. It's not a big deal, but it's one of those anal retentive things I always catch.

Like you mine turned up here in Australia, packaged well no damage bar a little dent at the top (down to books being delivered to Bluecanvas me thinks) all up very happy. If I got it from Amazon now it would be $10 to $20 Aud less but the 11 signatures do give it something special.

i think the Artbook will only available on Amazon.com and bluecanvas like the Art of Journey Artbook... the shipping costs on amazon.com was 20.52 $ to germany, that was alright, on bluecanvas.com it costs 60$ dollars to germany!

Yes I do. Two if fact? First one turned up when I said in post before then another on Tuesday been trying to track down my account to see if I was charged twice. As it is very hard to find the purchase I made on their site as it still says will be posted soon thing on the booked page I got. I'm still waiting for my tracking number email to. (funny)

It should be very tough to get a tour from ND... but isn' their a guy from florida here who knows someone from naughtydog who can book a tour :D
but make it a 6-7 hour trip if you can do it, its a friday late afternoon = rush hour

ps... there's a huge chance I'm going because my cousin happens to be really interested in going to that same art college lol
