Sony had given you plenty of opportunities to blow your money on God of War III-related items, from a version that came inside Pandora's Box (http://www.destructoid.com/god-of-war-iii-ultimate-edition-pre-order-details-153626.phtml) to Slurpees at 7-11 (http://www.destructoid.com/buy-the-kratos-fury-slurpee-at-7-11-get-free-gow-iii-dlc-161903.phtml). But here's something you can't buy in stores -- a collector's edition box set of the game won by an Italian God of War fan.
The game disc comes in a wooden box, stamped with the familiar God of War iconography, smeared in blood, and signed by members of the Sony Santa Monica team. Also in the box is a second disc with even more content, a mini-poster, medals, and some sort of art booklet in Italian.
Pretty neat stuff, and perhaps the only way you'll see it is if you watch this shaky cam video shot by the winner. You'll also have to listen to Disturbed, so plan your volume situation accordingly.
