Only for first run production or are they all still only selling special edition with holofoil (shiny) case and NOT selling a basic standard edition?

A quick look around shows JB Hifi, EB Games and Big W still stocking only them and Washington Edition. The special editions even came inside the Freedom edition from memory for the ps3 copies.
