Only for first run production or are they all still only selling special edition with holofoil (shiny) case and NOT selling a basic standard edition?

A quick look around shows JB Hifi, EB Games and Big W still stocking only them and Washington Edition. The special editions even came inside the Freedom edition from memory for the ps3 copies.

But there box art images are different
There are 2 box arts
The first print comes with a holofoil case and image behind Connors head and the standard special edition comes with no holofoil

When acIV comes out the DLC will be free on PSN as with the Copernicus missions
