Just this summer I've moved into my first apartment, and with moving out of the house and starting to live on my own I've had to start selling my entire collection of CE games since I can't move them to my new apartment and really, other than needing the money, just don't have a need for the collection anymore. Besides from a lot of more generic games, there are some games however that I am skeptical on selling. This may either be because the game was released recently and dropped in price, so parting with it now means I just took a loss when it could potentially go back up to retail price (thinking Max Payne 3, Arkham City, Uncharted 3 etc.) or if the game has a chance of going up and if anything in my collection it's worth holding onto.

So I decided to ask the community, out of this list of games, which do you think are worth holding onto as collectibles and which should I sell immediately/wait to sell?

-Mass Effect 1 (rare, great game, mint)
-Mass Effect 2 (the most flawless copy of a CE game I've ever come across)
-Bioshock 1 (my big daddy is not broken, the box is nearly mint condition with no bends, dents, or tears but is slightly distorted around the big daddy figurine like most of them. The most pristine copy of this edition I've seen anywhere on the net or in person, which is party why I may want to keep it)
-Borderlands 2 Loot Chest
-Uncharted 3 Collectors Edition (I bought this when it came out and selling it now I can only get like $50 for it. Makes me wonder if when they finally run out of enough of these will it go back up to at least retail price?)
-Elder Scrolls Skyrim CE (same as U3, dropped in price wondering if I should wait till it goes back to retail price/when stores sell out for good)
-Max Payne 3 CE (dropped in price and I don't want it anymore, but wondering if it's worth just getting rid of and cutting my losses or waiting if it will go up to retail price again eventually)
-Batman Arkham City CE (Essentially same as above. Stores still have it, may be pointless to sell it now for $60 since I bought it for $100 a while ago)
-Persona 4 Golden Solid Gold edition (very limited, huge persona fan)
-Catherine Love is Over edition (mainly have it cause persona fan, no problem selling now)
-Dead Space 3 Dev Team edition
-Zelda Skyward Sword limited edition bundle (Flawless box, big zelda fan)
-Tales of Vesperia premium edition (mintest copy I've seen around, tales fan as well)
-Walking Dead Collectors Edition
-Gears of War 1 Collectors Edition (completely mint, big gears fan)
-Kingdoms of Amalur EXCLUSIVE edition (only 12 in the world have no clue what the actual price value is on it since it hasn't been on ebay since release)

if it were me I would keep:
-Mass Effect 1 - rare CE will likely increase in value
-Bioshock 1 -desirable CE will likely increase in value
-Persona 4 Golden Solid Gold edition -if you like it then keep it :)
-Dead Space 3 Dev Team edition - rare edition, could increase in value
-Tales of Vesperia premium edition - rare CE, will likely increase in value
-Walking Dead Collectors Edition - desirable CE, will likely increase in value
-Kingdoms of Amalur EXCLUSIVE edition - rare CE, will likely increase in value
-Gears of War 1 Collectors Edition -fairly common CE, but if you like it, keep it.

and sell:
-Mass Effect 2 -fairly common CE, over produced
-Borderlands 2 Loot Chest -fairly common CE, overproduced
-Uncharted 3 Collectors Edition -fairly common CE, overproduced
-Elder Scrolls Skyrim CE -fairly common CE
-Max Payne 3 CE -not a very desirable game
-Batman Arkham City CE -fairly common CE, WAY overproduced
-Catherine Love is Over edition -not a very desirable game, overproduced for the game
-Zelda Skyward Sword limited edition bundle -zelda games don't really seem to hold their value unless they're cart based: N64 and older games are worth something now, newer stuff not so much.
