Shipping is messed again. I wanted to get EDI at the same time but it's charging me $50. If I add 2 wrex lithos it charges me $34. Could you sort that Ryan? Or is the extra $16 somehow justified?

Clerical error. I think EDI was still set for warehouse shipping rates.... Should be fixed now.

Just FYI I played the citadel DLC again a week or so ago and the silver sun strip would be a great litho, similar to the wards litho from ME2. Make it happen Ryan ;)

We just double checked and tested on our end and didn't have an issue. (Yay, it was actually set up correctly this time!)

I suppose it depends how well it sells. The last two took ages to sell out IIRC. Not a fan of busts myself.

Wow can't belive they decided to release the bust after all. BioWare's facebook page released a teser image of the bust about 3 years ago.

I tought It was dead along with the sideshow Thane statue and the hyperchild Seren statue that they never got a chance to release.

I own the first edition, signed. Had a low number yet the litho was damaged so it was replaced for another numbered edition.

Is this new volume 2 not signed at all? If so then I'm in no rush. Edition of 2,000 is plenty.

Just like Vol. 1, the first 500 orders of Vol 2 are signed. It used to say that on the item description, but they took it off about three hour after they listed the item. So I'm guessing the first 500 orders have been placed. I was lucky enough to be one of the first 500. :D

ebay would remove it on presale grounds. Selling something you don't have possession of, especially when treehouse has not listed a specific date of shipment.

So I got my World of Thedas volume 2 in the mail today. I contacted treehouse support and asked if mine had a signed lithograph, and they said yes. :) Now, looking at this from a value perspective, should I keep it sealed? I have no way of proving it's signed other than the email. I feel like the only way to prove it would be to take it out of the shrink wrap...

Hey Toasty, check the receipt that came in the box. It should also say "signed" on there. That would give you proof if needed.

I ordered 2 copies and each one came in a sealed box then both the boxes in a bigger box. All the boxes were sealed perfectly so definitely not opened by Customs. And there would be a sticker if it's opened by Customs.

It's really strange as I would expect all the books to be sealed before they're packed for shipment. Or maybe the packer shrink wraps each book before packing and he forgot to wrap mine?

I've contacted the support so hopefully it gets solved.

Yes, it definitely should have come in shrink wrap. Something happened to yours along the way or it was never wrapped properly to begin with. One of the two.

I think somehow mine wasn't wrapped in the first place. Each book came in it's own brown box which was sealed.

The funny thing is that the packing slip inside the big box wasn't even my name and order number.

HELP! Here's the problem. I ordered the Dragon Age Four of Coins and Strength Giclee. Arrived damaged. They sent replacements. Arrived damaged AGAIN. Someone just "Threw" two rolled up art pieces in a 37 inch tube without any parchment paper and they got all banged up. I sent a support ticket and they claimed it was a "duplicate ticket." I sent Another ticket and here's the response.

"I am so sorry for that damage. I looked further into this and our warehouse sent this out to you. Unfortunately sometimes art prints get sent back to us, but they are sent to the warehouse as that is the address on the tubes. They will then put these back in stock and ship them back out, though we have told them not to. Unfortunately we do not have any replacements to send you for these prints. So you have been refunded for your order and you should see the refund back over the next few days. I am so sorry about this and should you have any other questions, let me know.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!"

I DO NOT WANT THE MONEY. I WANT THE ART. Previously, Ive ripped up the damaged art to speed up the process. And I am fuming upset. What do I do? I have been waiting forever to get this resolved and I feel all Im left with is them :lmao:. And this being me :banghead:.

Ive only added 2 pictures since the damage is the same. Bent, ripped, creased everywhere but these pictures close up show it clearest.

:rant: Happened to me too.. the same problem for TLOU and Bloodborne prints I ordered. The edges of these prints have creases all over..

UGH!!! Its so frustrating! Were you able to get replacements? We dont want our money back, you and me both want the Art. I am hoping TreeHouseRyan will help me out too.

Its actually come down to me not opening the art tubes as soon as they arrive. I dread they will arrive damaged. Its so much more stressful than what it should be.

I am in the process of getting the replacements! Because the bloodborne prints are already Sold Out, I do hope they still keep a few copies for those damaged ones. I haven't contacted Ryan yet, as he is very busy, and I am still in contact with their Customer Service.
