Where get Guild wars 2 press kit ?

Hi guys, I am on new hunt for this year, after long time I found some pics of GW2 press kit and I wonder, where can I get one ?? I check ebay etc, but nothing :(

So any ideas, where this stuff come from ?? and price of this items ??

I've seen these pop up a few times on Ebay in the last year, picked one up myself for a little over ?40 and the highest I've seen one sell for is about ?60. Keep checking Ebay, you'll find one soon.

hmm nice, but your presskit looks different then my, yours have mousepad and different usb stick, or its have all stuff from first image too ??

There are a couple versions of this. The 2 I know if are the one I had at one point had the box, a couple sheets, USB Card, and a T-Shirt... also it had a download code instead of the discs.. The other one had an art book instead of a shirt and had discs instead of the code.
