Special Book Cover Editions

So I've decided I really like editions which come with cases that look like books for example;

I already have a copy of both of these and im just wondering if anyone can shed some light on other editions with covers/cases like these?

The Alan Wake CE had a book styled box. Not to the same degree that those 2 did though. Lol

All of them did! XD the U1 PK was a book style box, the U2 FHE was a book style box and U3 had as you said a journal style packaging in a plastic slipcase. :D

Ahhh OK, as much as I'm a fan of the games, especially UC2, I never got into the collectors editions, I only ever got the UC3 one.....went to a midnight release near me, there was a guy cosplaying Drake :D

I believe PK is for Press kit.

Japanese collector's edition of Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen comes in a very nice book box.
