Hi all, I've got a copy of the japanese DS2 CE coming and am tossing up whether to crack it open or keep it sealed. I've already got a copy of the game that I'm playing, so it's not necessary to play the JPN copy.

I'd like to keep it mint, but at the same time, I'd really like to check the art book and weapons out.

i'm opening it for the reason of the art book and to get a feel of the weapons, i know there's alot of "keeping my stuff sealed" collectors... but shit dude if i paid 200 dollars for an item. I would like to be able to see inside of it to see what I really paid for you know?

"IMHO"

Rip that plastic open and feel the quality of the content in your hands. If you are curious to see the content, don't think about it, just do it, else it become harder on the long run.

If you want to see the items look online. If you want to feel the items and see what you paid for open the sun of a gun up.

Opened mine up when I received it and did not regret buying it or opening it.

It might in fact be my favourite collectors edition and was a joy to open and look through, the art book is very nice.

No open it

Capture a pigeon and use its beak to open it

Then have the pigeon for tea and give the mini weapons to toddlers and watch them fight

Can't answer that, shouldn't be a problem though. I haven't heard of anybody getting theirs confiscated or anything like that.

I got mine from Nippon-yasan (http://www.nippon-yasan.com/japanese-video-games-playstation-3/6164-ps3-dark-souls-ii-collector-s-edition.html).

Honestly, you are from portugal right? or at least you go there from time to tim from what I read on an other topic.

If you know someone living in france that could forward it to you in portugal I would say order it from nin nin game with the shipping options of amazon.fr, they give you 100% guarantee that it doesn't stop by the custom fees ( mine did not ). Then that person can forward it to your portugues adress.

Be wary of the shipping. They dropped the price because of the massive shipping price. I tried and it cost almost $100 to ship to Australia

Damn Letrico, I got mine shipped from there (very well packed I might add and in perfect condition) and shipping was 3200Y (roughly $35AUD) via EMS which I thought was reasonable.

Include tax to that, I paid around $210 for mine.
