For those fans/collector's of "Destiny", on Monday here in Seattle Bungie Studios held an open-house for fans. The first 300 people (w/ numbered wristband) were given a tour of the studio, but over 1000 people showed up.
Towards the end of the tour Bungie staff handed us one of the first pressing PS4 discs that were made. The first 600 discs that were pressed by Sony went to Bungie staff two weeks before the game was released. The discs came in a plain envelope, with no labeling and were numbered in black sharpie ink. A few days before the open house the employees turned the discs back in and as a surprise to fans they handed them out to us for attending. Quite a collectible since it is one of the first 600 that were made.
I am sure some will eventually hit eBay. They also handed out a few different styles of shirts, a hoodie to those waiting overnight in line, two different full size posters (while supplies lasted and each person could only choose one poster so they had to figure out which style they liked better) and then Bungie staff would sign it. There were also a small package of buttons, and a sticker handed out too. Each person who entered the studio with the numbered wristband was given a swag bag with some cans of Red Bull, a Destiny exclusive shirt, and a few other smaller items.

Wow, that sounds pretty awesome! Thanks for sharing - you wouldn't be looking to sell your signed poster would ya? (PM me if so)

He and I each got a developer disc, its basically a final PS4 disc with a number on it in black ink and each employee at Bungie got one). I saw someone on eBay that posted one unsigned for sale and it was only at $60 which in my opinion is extremely low since it was one of the first copies produced, but there are some people who simply don't know how to market their items on eBay and that auction probably will get overlooked (their feedback may prevent people from trusting them as well). I also saw a signed one up on eBay for $200 with a BIN of $1000 but ours have more signatures on them.
I can talk to my friend and ask him how much he wants, he has a few items he wants to sell from the event.

Will do, unsure if he will want to eBay it or sell direct to the best offer.

I hope there's an actual difference between this and the standard. I mean what's stopping cheeseball ebayers with a black sharpies from claiming that their standard copy is actually one of the first prints?
Either way, that was really awesome of Bungie to do. Has anyone posted photos of the event?

True you bring up a valid point. I don't think the majority of people even know. Since the discs they handed out where the final build of the game, there doesn't appear to be a difference between it and a "retail" disc. Other than the black marker with a random number on it, there were three different color plain sleeves they were in, red, yellow, green, but the box was pretty fully of them, not sure if there were any other color sleeves.
I saw a few auctions on eBay for them, links below if anyone wants to see it, and a few of them include the numbered wristband:

If the disc was stamped "Developer Copy Only" that would be one thing, but they don't appear to be. Any one who has one that was serious about selling I feel would include the numbered wristband. They had told us that 300 wristbands were going to be handed out and each wristband had a number in red ink on the underside, so anyone who was there and got one would probably offer the wristband with it to help at least validate it to some degree.
I took some photos but they came out rather poor, mainly due to my inferior camera on my phone. Once inside we were standing close to the employee kitchen/break area and we could take photos, but then ushered up some stairs and told no photos allowed. This area was where some of the employees would be in a circle testing elements of the game, and then we could look over many of the desks/work areas for the employees. Once we were taken downstairs to the main floor we could take photos again of their display cases and artwork on the walls. It was rather chaotic with a line of tables where they would give you a poster to have signed and then after that we were taken into their theater to play a multiplayer match, and then ushered outside. I did get some good photos of the display cases and such though.

Were all three hundred of you all together in the same group tour? I also have another burning question: do they really have a physical bungee in their office as foretold by legend?

No, around 12:30pm on Sunday they started letting in groups of about 25-30 people at a time and then about every 15-20 minutes another group would go in. People started arriving around 1pm on Sunday afternoon (a full 23 hours before it stared). They hadn't even announced wristbands actually, fans started posting about them on Bungie.net actually. They had two giveaways on Sunday (2pm and 9:30pm), I missed out on both, I live fairly close so i went down there anyways around 10:30pm to check out the line. There were about 20 people there, but they had already given out 75 wristbands by then. Most people either went home or went to their hotel as people did fly in from out of state for it.
The next wristband giveaway was 6am, I got down there at 4:30am and there was a significant amount of people lined up, apparently someone had told the previous wristband holders to be back in line at 5am. Why, no one knew, some people were upset about that since the event didn't start until noon. Myself and a friend got a wristband, by 6am there were probably a few hundred people there. I heard that they still had wristbands up until around 8:30am.
By 12pm there were probably about 800-1000 people there in line, because Bungie had said the first 300 would get a tour but the first 1000 would not leave home empty handed. A plane kept flying by low, but nothing happened, everyone though swag would be tossed from it, logistically not sure how that would happen, with people all around and it takes one person to say "Ouch that hurt" to cause a lawsuit. I later found out that it was a Red Bull promotion and they were to have six professional sky divers jump from the plane with Destiny/Bungie flags but due to low clouds, it was cancelled.
Bungie staff were walking the line handing out buttons, stickers, and shirts. I recall three different styles of shirts being handed out but not every one got one, Id probably say they handed out maybe 50 of each style. Also overnight to the fans waiting a few Bungie staff came out and gave out about a dozen really nice Bungie hoodies in various sizes but they only gave those out once and that was around 11pm the night before. They also bought a bunch of Taco Bell for those waiting overnight in line too.
At 12:30pm they started letting everyone in line (it was all roped off so it was rather smooth sailing while in line and everyone was quite cool about it, no pushing or shoving, etc). I think I ended up getting in around 1:30pm and was in there for about 20 minutes or so, maybe a bit longer.
The studio is actually a lot smaller than you may think, its in a building called the Bellevue Galleria if you want to Google it. There are other businesses in the same complex, I cant imagine there being a real bungee in there, I think the highest inside to the next floor is maybe 15 feet. The former offices for Bungie is where 343 Industries is located about 10 minutes north.
Bungie Studios is actually smaller
