Hello,
anyone knows how people used to grab this Official Survival Guide of Fallout 1 back then (1997)?
I'm talking about this book:

It looks a bit expensive so I was wondering if it came when preordering the game or if it was just sold in stores. I also saw some listing on eBay of the original big box version of the game with this guide, but most listings don't include the book.
I searched on the internet without luck.
