Gamestop Silently Removes The Medallion Pre-order Bonus

Gamestop US was offering a pretty nice looking medallion for pre-orders of Cyberpunk.

Now the order page (https://www.gamestop.com/video-games/playstation-4/games/products/cyberpunk-2077/11094722.html?condition=New) has been changed and the bonus was silently removed. They are now offering a 5-20$ coupon that needs to be used within two weeks...

No word from Gamestop or CDPR on this yet... I don't know about you folks, but I am certainly annoyed about this. I would have pre-ordered from BestBuy to get the steelbooks (CE is sold out everywhere so I can not change it). They have made well over 200 licensed products for this page, yet the only one I was looking forward to gets cancelled :(

Ok so I managed to get through to the customer service and they have no information on this. They said they haven't heard anything about this on the internal communication or otherwise, and that it is possible that they have run out and removed it for that reason.

Although in the past, Gamestop always kept their pre order bonuses on the page until last minute and pretty much distributed them randomly when they didn't have enough. So if they have indeed removed the content consciously to prevent making false promises, i consider that an improvement on their side

Apparently, this is also a pre-order bonus for ordering the game from XZone.cz.
