Avatar Limited Extended edition Blu-ray movie

Hi all

Did anyone manage to get a pre-order for Avatar Limited Extended edition Blu-ray (http://www.play.com/DVD/Blu-ray/4-/16016978/James-Cameron-Avatar-Limited-Extended-Collector-Edition/Product.html). They are sold out and are fetching £125+ on eBay (http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_trksid=p3907.m570.l1313&_nkw=avatar+extended+limited&_sacat=See-All-Categories), with only 1000 being made this will be a good investment.

I know japan are getting are getting Steelbook, I'm surprised the US isn't getting a limited edition release of some sort.

Wonder if the US will get the Alien Anthology Collector's Egg.

looking around there's an "extended collectors edition" of Avatar for $50... but nothing like a 1000 copy limited release.
