EA has announced that the collector’s edition for The Sims Medieval will be made available in Europe.

The collector’s edition is encased in a Medieval-booking book cover with a Sims Medieval sketch and art booklet, kingdom map and other bonus collectible items. Owners of the Collector’s Edition will also get extra downloadable content for use in game.

I think it's [the Game-exclusive CE] a lot better than stuff like the Dragon Age II Signature Edition tbh.

The way I see it, with the DAII one and others like it, (the ones where it isn't really deserving of that title, it's more called that as a marketing ploy to get you to buy it on day one), I get a slightly different case and some in-game junk but at least with this one I got a big, sturdy box, a booklet and a few little extra bits.

but the thing is, the dragon age signature edition was just another pre-order edition which is done for almost every game now, for the same price as the standard edition on launch, this was a CE which cost extra monies. Luckily GAME refunded me the difference between that an the normal edition due to false advertising about the in-game content included.

Ah, I can see what you mean.

Suppose I'm lucky then, I picked mine up in Game for £15 a while back and that's also probably why I see it a bit differently.
