Limited Edition Gears Of War 3 X360 console announced at E3!

It's been a while since we ast saw a true Limited Edition Xbox 360 console available for retail (Halo Reach), but it appears that the next one will be for Gears Of War 3 - In North America at any rate, as no PAL version of the console has yet been announced

Available for $399, this is the 320GB X360 Slim model, and features blood-red graphics on a standard black console

Worthy of note is the controller, which seems to be the new design with the twisty D-pad, previously found on the Limited Edition silver controller released a few weeks ago

I guess by "GAME Group" they also mean Gamestation and GamePlay as well?


It will be released on the 20th of September 2011, and will cost £269.99, which isn't too bad considering it's a 320GB model with an extra control pad AND the game! When you compare that to past X360 consoles which have cost roughly the same amount for lower specs, one less controller, and no game, this is quite a bargain price!

I'm not sure the price is considered a bargain, GAME are selling a 250gb with Fable 3 for £179.99. £90 is alot to ask. I think I will wait until the price falls a little before grabbing this.
