Hi guys, I have a mate in the US (I live in the UK) - I'm seeing if he can get me the Uncharted 3 Collectors Edition (like the UK Explorer Edition) but he's unsure on shipping costs...he tends to just send rather than shop around...

So, can anyone suggest a way to get something of that sort of size and weight to the UK at a reasonable cost? Not fussed about speed as I'll have the UK game to play, but obviously I'd like it insured and cheap as possible!

Thanks in advance :thumb:

For Standard Airmail, your only choice is USPS, for a tracked service you could use an postal agent.

Shipnex is good one, you can organise a pickup to collect from USA and deliver to you. Of course you pay for a tracked service so not as cheap as USPS.

Really need to know size and weight?

cheers, I'm struggling with the weight as amazon.com list it as 4.8 ounces! lol
I thought maybe it's 4.8 pounds?

LOL 4.8 ounces is lighter than a standard game? But then again 4.8 pounds you're gonna be paying crazy shipping. I think over usd 100 is a certainty :pooryou:

i personally think its gonna be more than 4.8 pounds dude, look at crysis nano and gears of war 3 epic, both weighed over 4.2 kilograms, almost 10 pounds each

Royalmail for smaller items, parcel2go for larger items.

Depends if you are sending items on a pallet or just very heavy, much cheaper places than parcel2go for that.

it can't be that much surely (was expecting £20-30 tops) - ho hum...there's some on eBay @ £110 but TBH I think I'll leave it...tho the steelbook is calling me...what a PITB

my company ships worldwide and we are always shipping overseas.
USPS Priority International is usually like maybe $50 for like 5lbs comes with tracking and insurance. but if you insure the complete cost you may have to pay the fees as we mark everything $19.99.
