Simply INSANE.
When I say fellow Korean, it doesn't mean I know the guy... just that he and I are of the same nationality :D
His collection has already made headlines in several websites... and some of you here have probably already seen it.
Here is his Star Wars Collection, which generated incredible hype when it was first shown almost three years ago:

But he doesn't just collect Star Wars stuff.
Now, he has opened up some kind of movie-cafe-restaurant – get ready, because this is going to blow your mind.

Very well displayed, I must say, and presentation is everything with these sorts of things!
I also believe this guy has a lot of movie props on display, but also some replicas. I dread to think how much this collection is insured for!
Certainly something to aspire to, and one day I hope to be able to do something similar with my video game collection - Do you think people would pay to come see a gallery of brand new sealed video games from the past?

I don't think I'd pay to enter and see them when they're sealed...I mean, there's really not much to actually see then :S
If you were a full on collector and want to make a show out of it...then you'd have it opened and displayed to show all the contents especially when it has some sort of figurines/troll/etc. And of course, the hardcore collector would have multiple copies with the sealed copies kept in a huge safe :taunt::beach:

Yeah I wouldn't want to see sealed ones, opened though, sure! xx

Hmm, interesting. I'll bear that in mind. Would be nice to have a museum of video game CE's, showing off the contents of some of the more lavish CE's of late - Most of which would have been out of the budgets of most people, but who may be prepared to pay a fiver a time to see many CE's on display in all their glory instead of just stock photo's
Would be nice to see CE.O evolve into that, in the same way that Digital Press evolved into a fully-fledged New York game store!

It would have to be much more than a Museum, a fully-fledged retail store with exclusive and ability to play games / tournaments / events.
