Infamous 2 Press Kit

I'd like to open my Infamous 2 Press kit but being sealed I'd like to open it without damaging the envelope too much do what's the best way of opening it. Also how much would opening it affect the value? Thanks.

Do what they do in the movies, with a kettle and steam it open..but don't take my word for it...

just find a picture or video online and satisfy yourself, don't let temptation decrease the value lol

The reason I want to open it is because I'm thinking of selling it so in order to decide I'd like to see the contents as if I kept it I'd open it not being a sealed collector. Also what do you think the prices would be sealed and unsealed? Thanks.

Unsealed around 100-125 euro. Sealed, i guess some more, 150-175?
Personally i hate sealed press kits, i like to open them and look all the content, sucks to open it if you paid a premium sealed price.

I don't mind sealed press kits as long as they're not ones like this that get damaged if you unseal them. Thanks for the prices I think I'll leave it sealed.
