Rule Violation
If you Accept paypal do not require that people pay you with the "gift" feature, and do not instruct people to add fees on top of the price you listed, if you want to cover your fees add it to your list price.

Luckos, you cannot instruct people to add a % fee it must already be factored into the asking price. You cannot offer people the option to pay you as a GIFT.
