Yeah it was. Mine had a little crush on the top, but nothing too bad and I couldn't complain for the price though.
I hope they replace it for you. Their packaging for me wasn't as good as it usually is.
Was put in a bubble bag inside a box which was a little bigger than the CE itself. Usually they ship in a box with packing chips.
