I personally think it would be easier to get the 2 Euro Editions and then pick up the silly little phone dangler thing from ebay.com. That's ofcourse assuming that namco don't pull the same crap they did last time where they numbered the CEs and made a much more limited quantity of the NTSC CE. >.<
