Your best bet would be to get on live chat with them armed with your order number and ask them to cancel 1 of the copies in your order as you no longer want the other one. This way they won't cancel the whole order so you will still get atleast one.
Other than that I don't know how else to help. I had an issue with an order I made before and the item had sold out and they changed the quantity on the order for me, so I know they can do it.
They can also make new orders for you aswell online, but if the item is showing OoS, they unfortunately cannot override it even if when they cancel your order they will have stock, I assume it doesn't show on the system immediately, so they can't make a new order right away.
