Yeah it's a nice CE when everything is not in a heap. Lol I feared the worst after hearing the other horror stories and seeing the state of some other people's editions! >.< Thankfully I didn't have to see it in a state! ^^ As I said in another thread I quite like this CE.
The mug is awesome! ^^ I had help with getting that. Lol treated myself and my GF to one each! ^^ She was really pleased with her's too. ^^ Was a nice surprise. I also bought her the Limited Art Book from Bioware store. It came on Saturday and I'm kicking myself for not ordering one for myself too!!! >.< We do have the Inquisitors guide book on order though.
£63 each from Amazon, so am looking forward to those getting here.

I repacked the one for the us member here and gently put a cushion of bubbie wrap between the two trays to hold everything in place before shipping...
Mines gone back to Gamestop for a replacement though they were at pains to point out they couldn't even begin to guarantee it wouldn't be worse....

Lol I had to try and make it look nice after all the bad press it has received from disgruntled collector's receiving damaged editions! >.<
My GF had a slight issue with her's. She was missing one of the lock picks from her set, but GameStop offered her a £20 refund, so she was fine with it. XD She said if she was that arsed she could make the missing piece. Lol Thankfully no breakages again though! ^^
I hope your replacement arrives with no issues. Would suck to have another damaged one.
I reckon they're prob getting all the damaged ones back and trying to make good CEs from the damages before they send them out again. One thing I wish the CE had was a Piece of Perspex across the top layer to hold the stuff in. Would have looked very presentable then when opened even if things did still shift slightly. Also, with regards to the badge, with a little bit of effort, but whilst being gentle ofcourse, the badge will hold itself in place, if you push it right back into your space there are little notches in the plastic toward the back of the spot where it lives where it will fit nice and snug into. ^^ Just incase you or anybody else hadn't noticed.
