If you want to purchase codes from ebay and register an account with the UK CN, I can give you my address to get the items sent to. It doesn't ask you for the address until you order. I don't want to be sitting and clicking through all those surveys again.
Don't forget though, you can only register games once per account and consoles twice. SO you can register say, 2 3DS consoles AND 2 3DSXL consoles.
Consoles give the best yield I think it's 750 points for a 3DS console and 1000 for Wii and Wii U.

Also years ago, my favourite past time was going into the local GAME, Gamestation and CEX stores and raiding the pre-owned game boxes for the code cards, since they never used to take the manuals and other literature from the game boxes. lol I was a teenager then with no morales and not a lot of money.
